  • Videos / photos / camera
    1. Can I record the jump with my own camera?
      • Yes, but there are some conditions. The basic and most important one – for you to be able to record with your camera, you have to buy from us the option to record video before the jump - the jumper then gets two videos recorded with our cameras, and for that price, he may also additionally use their equipment to film it. If you want to have a camera with you during the jump - the camera must be placed on a jumper in a way that does not keep her hands busy - it is necessary to use handle attached to leg, arm, head.
    2. What is the cost to get the movies from jumping?
      • Stadium Wroclaw - 50 PLN for a bundle of two movies.
        Dream Tower Glogow - 150 PLN per bundle of two movies + bundle of photos of the jumper, made from the top of the tower.
    3. Can I use the movies from my jump for commercial purposes?
      • All videos recorded with us, CANNOT be used for commercial purposes, or to promote other companies or institutions. In order to utilize films from jumping for commercial purposes we have a different price list. For the usage of the material for commercial purposes - ask us firs for details.
    4. Are you editing the movies from jumps?
      • Jumper gets a complete material from the power-on to power-off of the cameras. Dream Jump does not interfere with the quality and content of the material, does not modify it in any way, and does not add any effects.
    5. When do I get my videos from the jump?
      • Films are ripped to 20 minutes after the jump to the client storage device. This may be memory stick, SD card, MicroSD card, phone memory or other media that can be plugged into a USB port, with the sufficient memory capacity. Dream Jump does not record jumping on CD or DVD. If the jumper does not have a portable data carrier, there is a possibility of sending video to the specified e-mail through the Wetransfer service – the only condition is to provide a valid email address of the jumper during a visit.
    6. What cameras are used to record the jump?
      • Cameras that we have at our facilities, are a high quality GoPro 4 Black and Silver for dynamic shots. Each jump is recorded from two angles.
    7. Where are the cameras during my jump, and can I choose how I want it to be recorded?
      • At our facility, we have a standard method of mounting the cameras during the jump - you cannot select where you want the camera. Stadium Wroclaw: the first camera is on the arm of the GoPro backpack – it records the jumper the whole time during the jump. Second camera is mounted on the rope, which is attached to the jumper, so we are able to film the whole jump, and the jumper’s position Dream Tower Glogow - the first camera is on the arm of the GoPro backpack – it records the jumper the whole time during the jump.     8. The website does not allow me, to buy filming options - how else can I buy it?
      • This can be done in two ways - by bank transfer directly to our account paying an appropriate sum for recording in the Title field, type "Movie Dream Tower" or "The film Stadium" - confirmation of the transfer for the recordings should be with you during your visit with us and be our employee. The second way is to pay on the spot before jumping in tact visit with us. You can then pay in cash or by credit card (payment terminal). The package of films Stadium Wroclaw costs 50 PLN. The package of films for Dream Tower costs 150 PLN.
    9. Can I take my phone or camera with me, when I enter the object/go to the top?
      • For all our objects, there is valid warrant to leave all unnecessary items at the bottom of the building, before putting on the harness. Primarily, jumper must leave:
        - Belts
        - watches
        - necklaces and pendants
        - handing earrings
        - cannot use chewing gum
        - wedding rings, rings, signet rings
        - mobile phones
        - keys, key rings
        - any other loose items, that may fall during cargo / entry to the top, and one that may fall during the jump.
    10. I did not buy the film on the day of jump, can I do it another day after the jump?
      • Yes. Your movies from jump are stored in our database. We keep them for as long as possible. If you want to buy a recording later, you should transfer the exact amount of money to our account (depending on the object from which the jump was performed), and then send us the transfer confirmation, stating the date of your jump, the object from which you jumped and your name. Once we have located your video, we will send it to the email you have used to send the confirmation Videos will sent by Wetransfer service.
  • Jumps / tandems
    1. Can two people jump at the same time?
      • They can’t. Jumps are performed in sequence, one after the other. Jumping bought in bundles (2 or 3 jumps) are also performed one after the other.
    2. How do I get to the top of the object?
      • Stadium Wroclaw: at the beginning we use the elevator to get to the fourth floor, we are entering the stadium platform, and using the stairs, we reach the top row. The last step in getting to the top is to climb the 10-meter ladder. Dream Tower Głogów: we get the top of the object using elevator, passenger transport takes 7 minutes. Two people can be risen at the same time.
    3. Jumping bundles, who can use them?
      • On our site, we have discount options on purchases jumps for 2 or 3 people. This package is very flexible - it can be used by one person jumping 3 times, but also three different people can use it, or even you can jump on 3 different dates.
    4. Is it possible to do stunts and acrobatics while jumping?
      • The Dream Jump setup, allows you to perform any acrobatics during the jump, however, for safety reasons our customers jumps are controlled by the instructor - such jump is done by jumping with feet down, or in the "flat" position - somersaults and all other kinds of stunts are not permitted during the first few jumps. Our instructors have made several hundred or even several thousand Dream jumps, so they can fully enjoy the amenities of our system.
    5. How do I become aware jumper?
      • Consciousness is acquired by training, practice and systematic. Several times a year, we conduct free flight workshops, during which we teach our recruits body control during the flight, control gestures and movements, conscious jumping and basic aerobatics.
  • Dates / reservations / importance of stroke / cancellations
    1. How long is the jumping season?
      • It depends on which objects:
        Stadium Wroclaw - the season lasts the whole year here, jumps are held in all seasons.
        Dream Tower Glogow - jumping season is on from spring to fall - it be given more precisely as it depends on the weather. Mostly, we start from the long weekend in May, and finish in November.
    2. Where can I check the jumping terms & conditions?
      • Jumping dates for both objects are shown on our website in the /Rezerwacja/ tab - everyone has access to the pages, and can check the availability at all times. As for the Wroclaw Stadium, we are jumping all year round, but we are giving the jumping dates only up to one month in advance, because of the events that take place there - if there are mass events on the stadium (matches) - jumps will not take place.
        Dream Tower Glogow - we try to give dates for the next two months.
    3. Can I jump during the week?
      • On Wroclaw Stadium, we jump only on weekends except for mass events - week jumps are not possible. On Dream Tower Glogow, we jump mainly on weekends, in addition during the holiday season, jumps can be performed on Fridays.
    4. How long is my jump valid?
      • Jump is valid for one year from the date of purchase, so from the date of the money transfer.
    5. I’ve bought a jump – when is the final time I need to book it?
      • You have one year to use your jump. This does not mean that you need to book a date immediately after the purchase, but you need to take into account, that our facility is a very popular place and reservations are gradually filled. Better not to wait until the last minute to book it, just make it up to 10 month of the voucher’s validity. Remember that jump must take place on the date before the validity of the voucher expires – meaning that both booking and jump may not exceed one year from the date of transfer / date on the voucher.
    6. I have a different expiration date on the voucher and on the money transfer, which is the one that counts?
      • There is always one year from the date of the transfer, so we take into account the date on the transfer confirmation.
    7. I filled in the reservation form, what should I enter in the box "COUPON"?
      • If the only document that you have, is a transfer confirmation, leave the COUPON field blank. You only need to attach the file with confirmation of the transfer. If you bought a jump from one of our partners, you transferred the money by DotPay or use a jump voucher issued by us, in the field COUPON enter respectively: DotPay transaction number, booking number from our partner or voucher number / code placed on the voucher.
    8. What is the meaning of colors in the reservations schedule?
      • All colors and characters used in the schedule are explained in the legend on the left side of the tab with the terms:
        Gray box – We are not jumping today.
        Yellow field – We are jumping! There are still free spots!
        Faded yellow – We are jumping, but spots are no longer available.
        Yellow with lightning - Date canceled due to bad weather.
    9. When can I find out, if the jumping will take place on a given date?
      • 100% decision on whether we will jump or not on a given day, we make the day before between 19:00 and 20:00. There is no point to call two days earlier, or even before 19:00 because the most important decision falls just after 19:00.
    10. In case when jumping is canceled due to the weather, are the jumps postponed to another day?
      • No, appointments are canceled. Jumper must book next / another date on their own, from the available schedule directly through our website.
    11. If the jumping is canceled due to unforeseen reasons – how will I find out about it?
      • If the term jumps must be canceled, we send three notifications: the first is visible on the website in the reservation tab – the date is marked yellow with "lightning" - that means, that the day had been canceled. The second notification is an email message, which is sent to everyone who provided a valid email address during the jump reservation. The third message that is passed to you, is a text messages from the recipient DreamJump, sent to your mobile number, entered when booking the date. The only thing we do not do is, we do not call each person individually and there is no notification by telephone (except of course SMS) about a canceled day.
    12. If you cancel the day and I get this information, is there still a chance that this day will be “jumpy”?
      • If you get information about a canceled day, this is a final and definite decision – we do not change the decision about the cancelation.
    13. I want to jump, but I can see that on this day there are no more free places - can you push me in somewhere?
      • Unfortunately - if the schedule does not show a vacancy, that means that we are stuffed to the brim, there is no possibility of adding extra people.
    14. Are there any cancelations made by people?
      • Yes, everyone has the privilege to make one free resignation from the reserved date - then when we are informed about this, we release the reservation - it is immediately ready for the next booking.
    15. I would like to jump on one particular day - but there are no vacancies - can you tell me if a spot will become free?
      • Unfortunately, we do have such notifications. You have to visit our website and check if a spot will become free.
    16. When jumping can be canceled?
      • Jumping can be canceled if:
        - Wind will blow with a force greater than 40 km / h
        - The weather will suddenly go bad
        - With unfavorable wind direction (in the case of a Dream Tower)
        - With other reasons beyond the control of the organizer
    17. My jump was canceled - what now?
      • In such situations, the customer can choose different available date with our schedule. The customer cannot demand reimbursement for the jump after the cancelation – jumps are not sold for a particular date, they have a validity of one year, and therefore need to be fulfilled in that time.
    18. I have booked a jump, but I did not appear on the booked date & hour – I have also not informed the staff that I will not be there, what now?
      • If you won’t appear on the day of booking, and there will be no contact from you – the jump loses its validity – in such situation, the jump is forfeit. However, you can make a payment for unused reservation and re-book the jump. The fee for unused reservation does not extend the validity of the jump, it allows re-booking during the period of its validity. Depending on the object, the fee for unused reservation is: - in the case of Dream Tower 50 PLN, in the case of Wroclaw Stadium - 20 PLN.
    19. Until when can I cancel the jump, without incurring any financial consequences?
      • You can cancel it without any consequences up to 24 hours before the jump. You must notify us by e-mail (not with phone), sending e-mail to the address: kontakt@dreamjump.pl and providing the following information:
        - title of the message "REZYGNACJA"
        In the body of the message:
        - Jumper’s name;
        - Which object (Wroclaw and Głogów);
        - Data and time of the jump.
    20. Can I book a date and pay for the jump on the spot?
      • Unfortunately, you can only reserve a date with a valid ticket for a jump. Ticket is a voucher, transfer confirmation or DotPay transaction confirmation.
    21. I want to book a jump for 3 people - have one thing confirmation of the transfer - how do I fill out the reservation form?
      • You need one booking for each jumper – 3 jumps, so you need to reserve three spots, attaching one and the same confirmation of the transfer
    22. I want make a gift for someone, do I need to provide their personal data?
      • Yes, when booking spots, you ALWAYS need to give details of the person who will jump, even if it is a gift. If you do not remember all the details, you must to enter at least his correct name and surname - the rest of the details can be yours - on the spot we will check them and correct the details as per his identity card.
  • Weight limits, age, health, restrictions
    1. What is the jumper’s weight limit?
      • There is no down limit - upper is 120 kg.
    2. What is the age limit for jumper?
      • The down limit is 18 years, the jumper must be of legal age (on the day jump, he must be at least 18 years old). Minors do not perform jumps - even with parental consent. Jumper which exceeds 60 years of age, must present a valid medical certificate of no medical contraindications for jumping in the Dream Jump system.
    3. I'm after spine surgery (or other), I have health problems, can I jump?
      • Our employees are not doctors and cannot judge the health condition of a jumper - each jumper has to declare his generally good health condition with a signature. If you have any concerns about your health – you should contact a doctor.
    4. Is it acceptable to jumps after "one beer".
      • Absolutely, categorically NO. You cannot perform jumps after drinking, whether it was a small beer in the morning or large beer the day before - if the staff member or instructor will smell alcohol from the jumper, the jump is immediately canceled on that day. Jumper then need to pay a fee for unused reservation (like he did not come to perform a jump on a given date).
    5. If the instructor says I'm drunk and I'm not - how can I prove it?
      • Apart from the principle of "The instructor is always right" to prove their sobriety lies with the jumper. The jumper must obtain the alcohol test and perform such test with the presence of Dream Jump staff.
  • Vouchers / transfers / payment / returns

    3. Is if I have a voucher, do I need to have the transfer confirmation?
      • No, the voucher is a present form of ticket, as we know you do not put prices on gifts :) There are four key details on the voucher, such as the name of the object, the name of the jumper, expiration date and verification code. All this information is sufficient to reserve a jump on our site.
    4. If I have a voucher and do not have money transfer confirmation, how do I book a jump?
      • By completing the reservation form on our website, and in the "Coupon" field enter the voucher code. In the attachment section, you need to put a photo or a scan of your voucher.
    5. The voucher is a gift for another person - can you put a dedication on the voucher?
      • Unfortunately not. Vouchers are designed to contain the most important information, and there is no dedicated space for additional text.
    6. I am looking to buy jumps from Dream Tower and Stadium - I can make one transfer?
      • Unfortunately no - they are two different jumping objects, each of them has its own bank account number – you must therefore perform two different transfers.
    7. I bought a jump but it turned out it is unwanted gift - if and when can I make a return?
      • Returns are possible within 14 days of the transaction / transfer. Jumps are subject to 100% refund, if it was purchased directly from us. If the jump was purchased from an intermediary (eg. DotPay) the adequate return fee will be deducted. If the jump was bought from one of our group sales partners, then the refund can be made only with the partner where such a jump up acquired.
    8. I bought a bundle of jumps (two or three), but I would like to get a refund for one of those jumps, is it possible?
      • Unfortunately not. Jumping sold in bundles, are at bargain prices - significantly lower than the market price of such a jump. It is not acceptable to purchase a bundle and to make refund for part of this bundle. The payment can be returned to you only in whole, but not later than 14 days from the purchase.
    9. I bought a jump with your partner but it is close to end of its validity - how do I extend the jump?
      • The validity of the jump can be prolonged with us, when the jumps was purchased on our website (Dreamjump.pl) or payment was made directly to our account, or by DotPay. If the jump was purchased from our group sales partner, you have to deal directly with the agent from whom you acquired such a jump in regards to the validity extension. Jumps can be extended for another year - depending on the object - a prolongation for another year on the Dream Tower costs 100 PLN and Stadium Wroclaw 30 PLN.
    10. The expiry date of the jumps passed - I could not use it and it is already after the validity date - is there any solution?
      • Of course, we always try to make it easier for the customers, and all the jumps, whose expiry date has passed, can be extended, even if they were not booked. However, an extension for another year will be counted form the expiry date of the original one, not the payment date. During booking extended jump, you need to enclose the original payment confirmation, when you arrive at the object you need to show two documents to the staff: - The money transfer confirmation for original jump, and the payment confirmation for an extension.
    11. Is it possible to send the voucher by mail or to collect it in person?
      • There is no need - vouchers which we are preparing are electronic vouchers – we always send them by email.
  • Dream Jump T-shirts
    1. Where can I buy a shirt Dream Jump?
      • Our t-shirts can be purchased directly at our facilities during jumping days, or ordered by email and sent to you. Available sizes - Women's S, M, L and Men's M, L, XL. If you are interested in a specific pattern - ask. There is an additional post fee of 7.5 PLN, if we need to send the t-shirt to you. WEIGHT LIMITS, AGE, HEALTH, restrictions
